FAQs
-
How much does a render cost?
We know it’s important to have a clear price from the start. Since every project is different, we review your materials first and then send a fixed, transparent quote, no hidden terms, no surprises.
-
What do we need to prepare a quote?
We need the project’s drawings, visual references and moodboard. It’s also important for us to understand what you want to showcase in the final result, whether it’s atmosphere, lighting, layout, materials, or a specific design concept.
-
How long does a project take?
It depends on the type and complexity of the work. On average, an interior or exterior project with multiple renders takes 8 to 14 business days once all the information is received. We also offer express delivery for tight deadlines.
-
Do you provide the editable 3D model?
By default, we deliver only the final high-quality renders. If you need the editable 3D model (SketchUp, FBX, or OBJ), it can be added for an additional fee, since it requires extra preparation and cleanup for delivery.
-
What do our services include?
Our services covers 3D modeling, materials, lighting, camera setup, photorealistic rendering, and post-production. We also include one free review round before the final renders to ensure the result truly reflects your design intent.
-
Can revisions be made after the final delivery?
Yes. Every project includes a review phase before the final delivery. If you need additional adjustments afterward, we can handle them for a reduced fee, depending on the scope of the changes.
-
Do we work with international clients?
Yes. We collaborate with architects, interior designers, and brands across USA, Latin America, and Europe. The entire process is managed online, from file sharing and video calls to final deliveries optimized for print or web.
-
Can we use the renders for social media, portfolios, or with clients?
Absolutely. The images are meant for you to use in presentations, social media, portfolios, or client-facing material. We only ask that you credit IntViz when sharing them publicly; it’s a simple way to keep the collaboration visible and transparent.
-
What if I don’t have plans or the design isn’t fully defined yet?
No worries, many clients request renders while the design is still evolving. We can work with whatever you have: sketches, ideas, moodboards, or early references. The process stays flexible and collaborative, while still delivering a strong final result.
